End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User” or “You”) and Stryde Skating LLC (“Stryde,” “We,” or “Us”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Stryde app (“App”), you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Grant of License
Stryde grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to compliance with this Agreement and any additional terms outlined in our Terms of Service.
2. Ownership of App Materials
All materials included with the App, including but not limited to music, images, graphics, text, videos, software, and other multimedia content (collectively referred to as “App Materials”), are the sole property of Stryde or its licensors. These App Materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You do not acquire any ownership rights to the App Materials.
- The App Materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the App Materials without prior written consent from Stryde.
- Unauthorized use of the App Materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
- Use the App to engage in any illegal activities or violate the rights of others.
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features of the App.
- Modify or create derivative works based on the App or its Materials.
4. User-Generated Content
If you submit, upload, or share any content through the App (“User Content”), you retain ownership of such content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Stryde a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the App.
5. Updates and Modifications
Stryde reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App or its features at any time without prior notice. You agree that Stryde is not liable for any changes or interruptions to the App.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Stryde may terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Stryde does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stryde and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
